Welcome to Sim's Beauty Studio. We are an independently owned beauty service provider operating within a shared salon space. By booking an appointment or receiving services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Appointments & Booking:
Appointments are reserved especially for you. A valid contact number and email address are required at the time of booking. Please ensure all information provided is accurate.
Arrival Time:
Please arrive on time for your appointment. Arriving late may reduce your service time to avoid impacting other scheduled clients. The full service fee may still apply if the appointment cannot be completed due to late arrival.
Cancellations & Rescheduling:
We understand that plans can change. Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Late cancellations, no-shows, or missed appointments may be subject to a cancellation fee or require a deposit for future bookings.
Deposits & Payments:
A deposit may be required for certain services or appointments. Deposits are applied toward your final service balance and may be forfeited in the event of a late cancellation or no-show. Payment is due in full at the completion of your service.
Service Policies:
Services are customized based on your individual needs, skin condition, nail health, hair growth, and desired results. Results may vary from person to person. Please communicate any concerns, allergies, sensitivities, medications, or relevant health information before your service.
Health & Safety:
For your safety, please inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, skin sensitivities, recent procedures, medications, or products that may affect your service. Services may be modified or refused if they are considered unsafe or unsuitable.
Personal Belongings:
Please keep personal belongings with you during your appointment. We are not responsible for lost, damaged, or misplaced items.
Shared Salon Environment:
Sim's Beauty Studio operates independently within a shared salon space. While we strive to provide a clean, comfortable, and relaxing experience, other independent businesses may operate within the same location. Please respect the shared environment and follow salon policies during your visit.
Children & Guests:
To maintain a calm and comfortable environment, please limit additional guests unless they are receiving a service. Children must be supervised at all times.
Refunds & Service Satisfaction:
Beauty services are customized and cannot be returned once completed. If you have any concerns about your service, please contact us within 48 hours so we can discuss an appropriate solution.
Privacy:
Your personal information is collected only for appointment management, communication, and providing services. Your information will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except where required by law.
Right to Refuse Service:
We reserve the right to refuse service in situations involving inappropriate behavior, harassment, unsafe conditions, or any circumstance that compromises the comfort and safety of clients or staff.
